Modern technology such as Learning Websites, YouTube, and DVD’s are awesome tools for learning to play, however, nothing will ever replace the hands on help you get from a real teacher. Having the one on one contact with a professional teacher can save you time and money by having someone who is knowledgeable and qualified to show you the ins and outs of playing guitar. You need somebody to work with you side by side during the learning process who can actually watch what you are doing to help guide you through the correct way to play and avoid inconsistencies and bad habits that can hold you back and keep you from progressing. Technology is great, but technology with human interaction from an experienced teacher is better. Much better.
I have been playing professionally for over 30 years and teaching for over 10 years. In my many years of teaching people of all ages and abilities, I have realized that no two are alike. Everyone is different and the type of instruction they need is dependent upon individual needs. I do not use a “cookie cutter” approach. You will receive lessons that are tailored to your goals and your abilities in a low pressure, positive, and fun environment. I will strive to have a positive impact and be a positive influence to you on your journey. Lessons can be at one of my studio locations or at your home, and I have different payment options to fit your needs. What can I do to help you become a better guitarist?
